If you are unsure whether nasal tape is right for you, we recommend consulting your doctor before use. If you are under 18 years of age, please ensure you speak with your parent or guardian prior to using nasal tapes.

Return Policy

At bettertapes, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note the following:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
  • In the rare event your item arrives damaged or you experience a skin reaction that makes the product unsuitable for you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note: if 5 or more nasal tapes from the pack have already been used, the item will be considered ineligible for return or refund.

Subscription Policy

Subscription Terms
When you subscribe to bettertapes, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first purchase. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled order. To manage your account, click here.

Payment Retries
If your payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times, with 1 day between each attempt. If all attempts fail, your order will be skipped and you'll receive a notification.

Inventory Issues
If your items are out of stock at the time of billing, your order will be skipped and you'll be notified. We won't retry billing for inventory-related issues.

Notifications
You'll receive an email notification each time a billing attempt fails.
